Our primary focus is on covering the broader Gold and Tweed Coast areas from Beenleigh & Eagleby in the north, down to Byron Bay in the south. We are also able to assist with work QLD & NSW state-wide.

We require payment of the valuation fee on confirmation of your instructions; that is, in advance. This aligns with the norm in the industry for private (‘non-bank’) work.

Valuation fees vary and depend on the type of valuation, the type of property, the estimated value of the property, and the location of the property. We monitor fees in the industry and ensure that our professional services are provided at competitive, and very affordable prices.

Valuations are normally completed within 3 working days from the property inspection, with the report emailed in electronic format as a secured PDF file.

Simple! We need to know the type of property, the location, the approximate estimated value, and the purpose that the valuation is required for. That’s it.
